Dr. Patricia Bailey is a lecturer, author, and founder of Master’s Touch Ministries Global (MTM) Inc. With over 40 years of ministry in 145 countries, she has brought healing, deliverance, and salvation to countless lives. Dr. Bailey’s work includes disaster relief for the 2004 South Pacific Tsunami, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, and local efforts like the Flint, Michigan Water Project.

MTM’s initiatives include Y.U.G.O. (Young Adults United for Global Outreach), GLTC (Global Leadership Training Center), and S.E.W. (Sisters Empowering the World), all aimed at empowering leaders and women to transform their communities.

Dr. Bailey has consulted for the United Nations and global leaders, and she has been featured on Charisma Magazine’s cover. She holds degrees from Victory World Missions Training Center, New Life Bible College, Mt. Olive Seminary, and Cornerstone Christian University. Her honors include the Esther Service Award, the Azusa Award for Global Leadership, and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barack Obama.
